What do I need in order to listen to Naujawani:Radio?
Naujawani:Radio is streamed online in an MP3 format in high quality. If you are listening on a computer, all you need is a continuous connection to the internet and to choose from one of the options below.
Tune in using your internet browser - a new tab/window will open with Naujawani:Radio embedded directly into the page. Once you close this new tab/window, Naujawani:Radio will cease to stream on your PC. Bookmark the page whilst it is open, in order to save time in the future.
Tune in using your favoured MP3 player - your default MP3 playing software will launch Naujawani:Radio and stream continuously until you close the program. A new browser tab/window will open and ask you to either 'Save' or 'Open' the Naujawani stream - select 'Open' and your MP3 player will automatically launch. You can now close the empty browser tab/window that was opened. If your browser is having trouble opening the MP3 player to stream Naujawani:Radio in this way, choose the option below.
Download a Naujawani:Radio quick-link to your desktop and simply double-click to launch your favoured MP3 player without opening an internet browser. Right-click the download link, select 'Save Target As' and choose a place on your computer to save our .M3U file. This file is a link to our stream and can be opened by any MP3 playing software such as Apple's iTunes, Windows Media Player, Quick Time, WinAmp, and RealPlayer. When I listen to a live stream, the sound cuts out. Why?
There are a number of reasons why this may happen and the most popular are briefly explained below.
-Your internet connection may be too slow for the stream you are trying to listen to especially if you try to listen while doing something else on the internet at the same time.
-There may be temporary problems on the internet somewhere between our audio servers and your computer. Please accept our apologies and rest assured, the delay will only ever be temporary.
-There may be a problem with your computer hardware or software. If the problem persists, email your tech support.
